Nomination of Ginette Thérien as Senior Vice President, Governance and Chief Compliance Officer

Montreal, January 26, 2024 – The Montrusco Bolton team is delighted to announce the appointment of Ginette Thérien as Senior Vice President, Governance and Chief Compliance Officer. Over the last 25 years Ginette has demonstrated her unwavering commitment to the firm through her dedication, work ethic and focus on ensuring the soundness of our governance structure. Having started her career in Operations and Finance, she was instrumental in the set up of our original fund structures. She is particularly proud to have been involved in the merger that led to the creation of Montrusco Bolton, and to have contributed to all the investment vehicles the firm has set up over the years, as well as to the evolution of our international footprint. Ginette is a strong, inspiring leader who is a model when it comes to inclusion and talent development.

Today, she remains as passionate as ever. Ginette will lead the Governance team, responsible for firm risk management, internal audit, compliance and ESG. She is looking forward to sharing her knowledge with her team members, working with our international external counsel partners and continuing to support our business growth while always ensuring the firm’s adherence to laws and regulations.
